TherAssist was founded in 2016 by Melissa Owen Norris to help small practices untangle the chaos of credentialing. Since then we've grown into a full-service support team for providers and agencies across the country, including insurance enrollment, billing, compliance training, audits, forms and strategy.

We're intentional about who joins our team: people who love details, stay friendly and responsive, and are a little bit obsessive in the best way.
